Hey guys I read this forum quite often and have found some great info but it seems that most of the treads are based around guys around 190-210lbs. I am around 260 and am about to start a 20 week contest diet. I know all the right foods but I was wondering if anyof you guys have and diets laid out for a man my size. I have never had to diet so this is all new to me and I am afraid I loosing to much muscle.
