need advice on cutting workout(non-AS)

highly reccomend a calorie deficit when using yohimburn. use during bulkin may be prophylactic (decrease fat accumulation).. fat loss (though possible) is very uncommon while bulking.


CALORIE DEFICIT and before CARDIO USAGE are two keys to getting good results.
 
My dilemma,everytime I run a calorie deficit I lose so much damn muscle its sad,last time I cut I lost an inch on my arms,and 30 lbs on my benchpress!And no I havent gotten back up there yet ZIm still small though I been bulking for 3 months now.I have used AS before but they gimme no results....and plz spare me the diet and training part because I got those two down already.I read nelson montanas article about lowering your shbg with proviron and maybe that will help,but I cant find any damn proviron!

post your gear stack as well as ancillaries.. there may be some work that can be done.
