Hey sup guys Im about 5'10 210lbs bf somewhere 14-16.Ive been doing the old school 5x5 routine for 3 weeks now and its going great. The problem is about a month ago I ran out of ala and Im getting so much chest fat so fast its scary. So Im gonna take like a month break to cut.Should I do the 3 day a week 5x5 Old school routine or should I do something else?I dont know much about cutting workouts so maybe someone can post a sample cutting workout.Maybe I can do one muscle a day and workout 5x a week with 45 min low intensity cardio after the weights?
DIET: 3000 cals carbs=250 (all complex,low gi) pro=300g f=50g (mostly flax)
Supps:Flax Oil,Zinc,Vit C,Thermo Gen II,Yohimburn,R-ALA (just got it today,so excited)

Ditto... interval training works.

I prefer to go 3 mins hi/3 mins moderate, myself.

But, still... works great and keeps burning fat long after your cardio is over, is the best part about it.

Also... if you can... resist taking in any carbs for about 30-45 mins after weights (NOT cardio!) if you can. This works out great if you DO cardio after weights and have the ability to get something down pretty soon afterwards.

I though that we should drink the postworkout shake right after the workout.

No I dont think I know much about cutting but usually u drink the pw shake after cardio because drinking it before would mean u just wasited the cardio you did.Now guys I changed plans a little bit.Im gonna keep doing my bulk diet but Im gonna do the weights and 45 min of interval cardio after my workout.Im gonna put the yohimburn on my chest before the weights or maybe before cardio?I dont care about leaning out all over but Im hoping like this I can get rid of all this chest fat I accumulated so fast I couldnt even see it coming on!

It is impossible to spot reduce bodyfat. You must have an overall reduction in bodyfat to get results. Some area's will lose faster than others. I would stay at 2500 calories to try and maintain your lean mass. Convert your diet over to a higher percentage of protein vs. carbs. I suggest that you do your cardio on your non-workout days so that you are burning calories with some form of excercise each day. I do believe that you need to take some form of carbs immediately after your workout as this helps to replenish
glycogen storage. Speeding up your workouts would also help.
Good luck.

I agree with you when u wrote "drinking it before would mean u just wasited the cardio" Thats why I think is better to do cardio first thing in the morning. Make sure that u clean up before you apply the yohimburn, you will have a better absorption.
