How many sets per bodypart does everyone do? Heres mine...
chest - 16
back - 16
shoulders - 9
biceps - 12
triceps - 12
Quads - 14
hamstrings - 6
calves - 9

If you know what would be optimal for a certain bodypart, please let me know. How many sets would be good to dedicate to the BRACIALIS AND THE PECTORAL MINOR? I havent worked them til now, and i have no idea how much to do for them.
 
I used to do all that shit you do, but I cut my work sets in half and grew like a weed



chest: 3-8, depending on whether or not I do dips/bench/CG bench/etc
back: 6-9, depending on whether or not I deadlift that day
biceps: 2-4
delts: varies all the time, depending on if I did dips, bench, etc, but I always do at least 3 sets of OHP.
tris: 3 (lots of supporting work with dips, OHP, bench, etc)
forearms: 2-4
abs: 5
quads/hams: 9
calves: 5

you don't need to do specific sets for bodyparts as small as the pec minor and brachialis, trust me. It's like training the gastroc and the soleus seperately.
 
Here it is:

Legs - 12 sets
Back - 12 sets
Chest - 10 sets
Delts - 10 sets
Triceps - 8 sets
Biceps - 6 to 8 sets
Forearms - 6 sets
Calves - 6 sets
Abs - 3 sets
 
lemme see this week I did the following per workout..

70 reps of OL lifts in this order
going from lightest to heaviest

warmup of overhead squats
2x5 Jump hang snatches
2x5 Hang snatches
2x5 Power snatches
2x5 Hang cleans + front squat
2x5 Power cleans
2x5 Jump Clean pulls
2x5 Clean pulls

then 3 sets of full squats, sideways lunges, incline Dumbell BP, rows, chins, incline curls, decline tricep extensions, power rack crunches. 2 sets or reverse hypers

And toss in a couple sets of Squat Jump dumbell Push presses

I'm dead after that lot, gets me lean though and I'm starting to get that Fast Twitch look :mommakin:
