This is a personal observation I've made. I've posted on these boards before about me using 1,4 for extended periods of time. Well, I had been using it for the past 3 weeks, not including the past week I haven't used it at all, dosing during the day, then at night getting about 4 hours of sleep, and taking another dose to get 4 more. Well, my weight was staying constant, even through my dieting and exercise. I couldn't figure it out.
Well, last sunday was my last day to use it, and in the 6 days (mon-sat) I have been eating the same foods, and sticking to the same exercise routine. I'm using the bathroom less times throught the day, and drinking the same 4-5 Liters of water. Since then, my weight has dropped 8 pounds. I have been getting a solid, natural 8-9 hours of sleep per night, which I think has something to do with it. I know nearly all of it has to be water weight, it just doesn't seem as though I have been shedding any water.
Aside from the water weight, could this also have something to do with the 1,4 dosing during the day keeping my metabolism and heart rate at a slower pace, or does it affect your metabolism?
