I've used a small handful of cycles, the last few I followed a great pct protocol. Me and AAS do not go hand in hand. Over the years it has messed with my psychologically and physically in many ways. Post cycle shut down has become longer and harder to recover from. Based off of this I have determined if I continue to use I will be on HRT eventually, it is inevitable. So I have to decided to stay the all natural route. This was a very tough decision for me and tool a lot of support, as I loved what AAS did as far as results. Sometimes the risk outweighs the benefit. I recently came back from a two week vacation in Mexico where I ate like a fat slob and put on some fat around the good ol waist area. So here I'm going to lay out my pre summer cut cycle. I will be posting before and after pics.
Bridge - double dose -wk 1-8
D-spark - 3 caps - wk 1-8
Need2slin - 2 caps before carb meals
Unleashed - 3 caps per day - wk 1-8
D-aspartic acid - 3G per day - wk - 8
N2 burn - 4 caps per day -wk 1-8
GEAR - 10 - caps per day - wk 1-8
GW-50 - 10mg a day - wk 4-8
Ostrine - 12.5 mg per day wk 1-8
I plan to run a lower carb IF diet with weekly carb loads. Keeping cardio high at 5 times a week. I have had amazing experience with IF in the past. Let me know what you think
