well im gonna start doing chest 2x a week cos it sucks..
so first chest workout ill do intense 8 rep stuff.. but the other lighter weight 12-15 reps. is that a good idea?
so far my schedule is this -
tuesday - chest (intense) + triceps
thursday - legs + forearms
saturday - shoulders + chest (lighter weights)
sunday - biceps + back
is this a go go? or a no go?
