Honestly, it's hard to tell the before pics from the afterwards, but the closer you look you can see differences. From experience I know that cameras hardly do justice to some of the physiques.

From what I see, keep with it and don't worry what other people think of you. Be where it makes YOU happy.

Its true......ive gained about 29 pounds off of my first cycle but it's distribution over my entire frame makes it look like only 15..... its easy to pass judgement on someone but do it objectively.....the man posted his pics: its not like he said i gained 20 pounds and then didnt back it up....the simple fact that he posted his pics shows that he isnt lying......keep working bro you have a quality physique and dont worry about the haters!
