you asked therefore i speak.........i dont see much of a difference but you looked much harder natural. you shoulders look a bit bigger but not much of a change.

Bro, I can indeed see a difference. The trick for you is going to go to the next level and keep it on. It is true you are a true ectomorph and keeping the muscle on your frame is going to be a task.

Keep on lifting, your improving. Remember its gonna be a slower process that for some guys.

the progress does not have to be slower, its all about tailoring anabolic/nutrition/training program to each specific bodytype and goal

the kid has a great frame, small joints, wide shoulder, small waist; now just has to build on it

you made progress, but understand that to a lot of us there doesn't appear to be a 20 pound difference. not a flame...keep up the good work.
 
i can see a nice difference between the first and last pics. definitely some improvement in back/traps thickness. but i gotta ask, wheres the legs?
 
First off bro, you are going to get good and bad comments. It's good that you seem to be taking it well.

It doesn't seem as if you gained 20lbs. On a guy your height, I would think 20lbs would have been more dramatic. BUT 20lbs fills out differently on everybody. 20lbs on me at 6'3 looks like NOTHING. Your lats don't look like they gained any width at all, in fact I think your back in a weak point that could use some attention. Your arms however have filled out nicely. Your small waist can be used to your advantage, giving you an illusion of being bigger than you are. Thats a big plus. All in all, you don't look bad. I think you are using the wrongs cycles, and probably not eating right for your body type though. Hit up some test, no need to stack 50 different things, or perhaps some deca. Do that, and eat everything in site, and you will put on the lbs, big time. Also stick to only compound movements. Bro, you look good, better than most people walking around on the streets. Don't let any comments get you down, because they are just that, opinions and comments. Now get out to the gym and then hit up a buffet and grow!

ps. Oh yeah, your delts look a lot better too. :)
