alright.. i've calmed down and went over the game... i think the eagles were in the situation they actually wanted when it was 20-10 at the 10 yard line.. then tiki picked the ball off and ran... fuck you, it wasnt his brother, it was tiki... ronde is shit, tiki is not...

anyway..eagles score there and the bucs go three and out, philly scores again game over... but did that happen??? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... stupid pass... i love don, i wont bash him...

i will say this... the eagles should change their names to the turtles.. they crawled in a shell in week 17 and havent poked their god damn heads out since...

they played not to lose... they didnt play to win... jim johnson had no special blitzes... hell, he fucking blitzed 4 times in the god damn first half... how can you lose a game when you hold them to 1.5 yds per carry???? how??? with the best pass defense in the league????? HOW??????

i'm frustrated, i had no doubts this would be the year.. now i'm not sure when they'll get back.. it broke me, and if it breaks the team it will be a while....

andy didnt call a fucking decent play in the first 3 quarters... they put up 26pts a game by THROWING THE BALL....

what kills me is not only the lack of balls andy showed... but the fact that they threw on first down and brought up 2nd and 10.. if anyone remembers my post from a few months ago... I HATE RUNNING ON 2nd AND TEN!!! it's fucking stupid and worthless... avg. per carry in the nfl is 4 yards... so thats 3rd and 6... a long yardage down!!! you might as well throw 3 times if you are throwing on first down... you commit yourself to giving your team the chance...

i thought donovan made some incredible plays... i also thought he was careless on barbers pick and fumble caused play...

oh, and homefield actually cost philly... that wind in the first qtr made them punt from the 32... PUNT FROM THE 32?!?!?!?!?! go for it or kick the god damn field goal.... dont punt... if they had the weather to kick the fg, completely different game...

lots of what ifs.... i'm angry and hurt.... and my fucking heart is broken by the thing i love...

what else can i say? they need to make a move on price or boston.. they need to move up to draft rogers... they need a real number 1 receiver... and the eagle "fans" need to go fuck themselves for the shit they say.... how can someone from detroit be more true than a philly native??? i've went through each loss with them... each team, sixers, phils, flyers.... for 22 years i've followed philly sports.. ever since i was old enough to understand the game... i loved the philly stars from the usfl (by the way, ebay has cool usfl jerseys)...

well being a Cowboys Fan I'll probably be the 1st to tell you that Philly had a good year, and I really expected them to win the big one this year. Next year hopefully they will use this to keep them playing strong

They might escape next season but wouldn't give them a chance going into season 2 or 3 with Parcells Cause the BOYS are gonna rebound

I look forward to a stronger NFC with the cowboys renewing their old riv. Philly should be congratulated for a good season all the same.

I could tell that they were going to have a piss-poor offensive game on their 2nd drive of the game on the their own 40 yard line after a nice kick return, on 3rd and 9, they run off tackle. You have perhaps the best QB in the league and run the ball on 3rd and 9 from your own 40 yard line? Maybe inside your own 5, but not near mid-field. I didn't understnad their philosophy right before half time either. They run on 2nd and 15 from the 25 yard line, yet throw on 3rd down, and Donovan fumbles. If they could have come away with a field goal there, it woul dhave giving them monentum going into the locker room, and those 3 points would also have changed the way they ran their offense late in the game. And why was Al Harris playing 12 yards off Keyshawn Johnson on 3rd and goal from the 9 yard line? Reid got thoroughly outcoached in this game. The Eagles really need a big play probowl type skill position player to compliment McNabb. All of the recievers and backs are basically little more than role players...
