Alright, I've been doing some work and here is my new diet that I'm about to start. The idea is for it to be a clean bulker. I plan on being able to add muscle, but at the same time drop a lil bit of fat. I'm currently 5'10 220lbs around 18% bf (yes, I look like shit right now!). I'm about to add cardio to my routine 4 times a week. Anyways...here's the plan so far. All comments and suggestions are of course welcome and appreciated.
7:00 a.m
1 cup of oats
2 scoops pro-complex (mixed in water)
1tsp flax oil
9:00 a.m
1scoop pro-complex
1cup of cottage cheese
1tblsp flax oil
11:30 a.m
chicken breast
1 cup of oats
10oz skim milk
1 serving amino 2222
2:00 p.m
1scoop pro-complex
1/2 cup of oats
4:00 p.m
1 serving amino 2222
1 tblsp flax oil
4:30 lift
6:00 p.m
post workout drink
ABB Mass recovery with a serving of amino 2222 with glutamine and creatine added.
7:15 cardio
8:30 p.m
New York strip steak
Bake potato (good sized)
1 serving amino2222
10:30 p.m (bedtime)
2 scoops pro complex
1tblsp flax oil
This comes out to about 3700 cals, 460g of protein, 280 carbs and 60 fat. I'll be taking multivitamin three times a day and a b-12 lonzage before workout. Plan to follow this diet for about 10wks, and then lower it by about 500 cals (everything that is in a "cup" change to half a cup and replace new york strip and potato with another chicken breast and half cup of oats) to really focus on dropping more and more bodyfat. Every other week during cutting phase I will go with protein/flax oil diet. This will consist of eating only 5 protein shakes throughout the day with a tblspn of flax oil with each. Will still have a post workout drink, but it'll probably be half a mass recovery and serving of aminos. I got this idea from reading an article on Dave Gulledge about how he dropped a good bit of bodyfat. Except he did the protein shake/fat diet for two weeks at a time. I think that it'll be pretty tough, so I'm just gonna aim for week on week off with the week off still having low enough calories to still burn fat at a decent level. I'm also gonna up the cardio length during the cutting phase and mabye put one of my workouts, either cardio or lifting, in the morning then do the other in the afternoon. Probably add an ECA stack during the intense dieting weeks in an effort to keep me awake and able, because I stay tired all the time even when I'm eating alot. Gonna run the cutting phase for about 8weeks. At the end of all this, I'd like for my bodyfat to be around 10% (little lower would be even better) and still weigh 200lbs. Thoughts?
