My Lower Back Is Getting Really Fatigued, Maybe I Have To Stop The Cycle.

Fener, your spinal errectors (lower back) are just like any of your other muscles, and will stay quite pumped from d-bol use. The only difference is that area is part of your core and is used extensively with almost ANY excersise ! My suggestion would be to use less standing excersises and use a weight belt( I don not usually advocate weight belts) until your lumbar area is less overtrained. Hope this helps you out!

thanks phreaky, but i was allready using a belt for EVERY excercise. Last days i used it even for walking inside the house, as my lower back was really burning. Now i just dropped the d-bol and it seems it is getting better. I hope, as ripped103 said, to be allright in a couple of days.

Fluid buildup is a big reason for "pinched nerves". Neck & lower back are common places for this. Usually an anti-inflammatory or Motrin are prescribed for this. D-bol caused fluid retention and may be attributing to this. Try ice and motrin (proviron also would be ideal) and see if that helps before you decide to quit. Stretching helps too.

I could be wrong but I think Motrin is the same as Advil (i.e. ibuprofen) but they market Motrin as a menstrual pain reliever (even though it's the same stuff), migraine pill, etc.

Looks like there are a bunch of different types of Motrin but it's nothing special. As with many medicines and supplements, the brand names are nothing better than generic products. Just use generic ibuprofen.

ibuprofen is a pain reliever and an anti-inflammatory. MDs usually prescribe a high dosage version of Motrin (I think 800mg) to keep pain and inflamation down. I mentioned motrin because it is available OTC vs. other possible prescribed medications (eg Relafen, cataflam, etc.). Take twice the suggested dosage (of the OTC version: 200mg/pill) and ice the area.
