My Left Side is Stronger

I've noticed that when I do exercises such as Lateral raises or even Bicep Curls that the body part on the right side of my body tires more quickly than the body part on the left side. I've noticed this with weight training, and even balance type exercises. I've also noticed that I can physically see changes on my right side of the body. For example, I can see my bicep on my right arm, and on my left I can see fat, hahahahahahhahaha. What are my options to catch my right side up to my left side? I don't want to be one of those people walking around looking uneven! Is there any hope for me?

But i do use dumb bells. Should I use a higher weight on my left side, or do more reps on my right? I'm really confused.

You're right handed I bet. Generally the hand you do all your "fine work" with (e.g. writing, etc.) is the one that is able to do that detailed manipulation while the other side is your stabilizer. Therefore your left is going to be your stronger side but not as well suited for precise work. Just work them evenly. As you continue with your training you will get more conditioned to doing balanced work. If you continue to let one be stronger than the other, how are you going to manage a barbell without droppign one side??

I was always told NOT to do this. Stay even and it will balance out....

right?

Noted. Thanks Sassy. And, I truly wonder how the hell I"m gonna manage to hold up a barbell. Lmao. I'm gonna stick to my db workout so that I can further condition myself.

My left foot is 1/2 inch bigger than my right & my left bicep is 1/2" bigger than the right.

Cosmic huh?

I really think thats the minority...

Im right dominant....all my measurements are larger on my right side.

I think that most(75%) are stronger on the dominant side

I can only recall one person that I have trained that was "weak" dominant and she was ambidext.

I posted about this a while back, as well. I'm right handed. My right arm is stronger, but my left arm is bigger/more defined.
