Meal 1: 60 gr whey, 200 gr eggs, 300 gr milk 1,5%fat
Meal 2: pork chop, 100gr veggies, 30 gr olive oil
Meal 3: 150gr Chicken breast / 200gr ground meat with cattle, 100 gr veggies
Meal 4: 260 gr Tuna canned in water 50 gr olive oil
Meal 5: 60 gr casein, 30 gr peanutt butter
macros: 272 protein, 24 carbs, 148 fat, 2547 kcal
Just started a cycle, Tren, Test and will add mast in a couple of weeks.
A friend of mine similiar cycle, just Tren and Mast with higer bodyfat and weight, he didn't track kcal just ate protein and fat, added a good bit of muscle and burned alot of fat.
I know alot of you guys are against cycling at this high percentage bodyfat. But i know the risks and its my decision to make. Hope some of you guys can give me some good advice on my diet, as i want the most out of my cycle.
