my gf has large and powerfull quads. she just started lifting
regularly with me a few months ago, and shes pretty damn
strong. she, like every other girl wants to drop bf. so we are looking for some clen. my question is (although this probably
should've went on the training board) how can she, if possible,
slim down her legs. i have heard that more running changes the shape of your legs, especially long distance running. this makes
sense because all the runners i have seen have slim yet muscular legs. i think she has good body building potential, but thats not what she wants.
