whats up yall

my gf has large and powerfull quads. she just started lifting
regularly with me a few months ago, and shes pretty damn

strong. she, like every other girl wants to drop bf. so we are looking for some clen. my question is (although this probably

should've went on the training board) how can she, if possible,
slim down her legs. i have heard that more running changes the shape of your legs, especially long distance running. this makes

sense because all the runners i have seen have slim yet muscular legs. i think she has good body building potential, but thats not what she wants.

any comments? thanks
 
I had a neighbor who was a marathon runner and her legs were huge espically around the hips and upper inner thighs not a pretty site. I would say stair master and how are her proportions
 
she is short, 5 1 or so, not fat at all, but not ripped either. she just has big legs. she has a muscular ass, not j lo by any means, but not christina aguilera either. she is well proportioned. big boobs and all.

honestly she is hot as hell and i dont think her legs are bad at all, but i think she is sort of jealous of those britney wanna be's running around.

she is going to start clen, as soon as i can get a hold of some, and i think it should make her happy. i was just curious about the "runners legs" thing. thanks for the reply
 
sounds like she has soccer legs. I know a girl who was just like that not heavy just big legs, tits and nice bubble ass and what she does is diet not hardcore just smart drinks mostly water all day and does 30-45min cardio a day also has backed away from the leg press (she could do 4 plates each side) only down side has been tits and ass got smaller but looks good more Brittnay wanna be ish

Sounds like she is built very much like my wife
She changed the shape of her legs over the past Year....slimed them down...much more shapely and cut....but not twigs

She went to a Giant set program using light wieghts lots of 15 to 20 reps for her lower body weight training and also for cardio "power walking" about 4 miles per day 5 days per week. She says power walking outside dose much more then of the treadmill.

I do something very similiar - but now that the weather's better I like to roller blade - long strides with very benty knees (imagine speed skaters).
 
Running gave me 'well developed legs' they are slender but shapely and defined.

It all depends how you run and what your body-type is. I an an apple shape so fat goes on my abdomen and I have slender, lean legs. I also concentrated in running with a good long stride which I believe uses your muscles thro a fuller motion thus promoting leaner, longer muscle. I have noticed those women runners who have bulkier/less lean legs to be those who take short, pitter-patter steps, which would encourage muscle development in a shorter thicker range.
