in support of HIIT, look at the following college sports, football, lacrosse, wrestling. Football players are huge, and only linemen have guts, and not all of them. Wrestlers in the upper weight classes are big and ripped. Lacrosse players have enormous legs for the sizes of the rest of their bodies. All of these sports do HIIT. I pointed them out cuz those are the ones i have some knowledge of =)
