My first cut - help?

I'm on my 4th week of PCT from test/deca/dbol cycle. I feel I recovered great(hcg,clomid,nolva PCT). A bloodtest in 3 weeks will tell.

I'm 25, 5'11", 215lbs. Around 13% bf. I want to get around 8% or lower of possible.

I been doing 30 min cardio after weights 5 days a week. I plan to switch to morning fasted cardio sessions for 40min. Then add 20min HIT after workouts.

How bad is this diet?

Cutting diet

I am running kdrol, t2 alpha, derma,forma stanzol, and forged burner with the 5x5 mad coww lifting protocol and a carb cycling diet and seeing some serious results!

On my bulk juice cycle I was eating 4500 clean cals. I never did a cut.
I have my top and middle abs at this point. With cardio 5 days a week, what would you keep the cal
Count at to drop down bf at a rate that doesn't burn muscle?
 
Well today my trainer sent me over a diet. He trains 2 of the biggest pros in bodybuilding right now. Here is the diet. Any thoughts? I think its spot on.

Meal 1
700am 8 egg whites,
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 table-spoon of almond butter low sodium
Multi vitamins, glutamine, B complex vitamins


Meal 2
930am 8 oz turkey burger (extra lean)
5 oz veggies
7oz red potato
Udo’sOmega 3 omega 6 fish oils 1 tablespoons


Meal 3
1200pm 8 oz turkey burger (extra lean)
4 oz’s veggies
8 oz sweet potato “yellow”


Meal 4
300pm 8 oz chicken breast
10 oz brown rice
4 oz’s of vegetables


Meal 5
600pm 8 oz Tilapia
4 oz’s vegetables
1 table spoon “udo’s oil” omega’s whole foods

Meal 6
900-30 pm 8 egg whites
¼ avocado

Its around 2400 calories, and around 270g protein. I may add a shake before bed. Thoughts?

do i have it down the the exact cal no, i have noticed however that kdrol is excellent at sparing muscle on a cut i have gained muscle and look "bigger" then when i started my cycle and am 6-8 lbs ligther!

looks a lot better than the first one bro, that was very low in carbs whick probably would of cost you some xtra muscle. I don't believe in low carb or carb-cycling untill you hit a wall and at that point its necessary to keep making progress. How were your gains on that test/deca/dbol cycle and what were you dosing it at? I'm running the same thing with proviron weeks 6-10 right now for my first cycle, i just started a week ago so i'm curious to how much mass you gained and how much and when you used hcg during and after cycle? Thanks bro
 
You're gonna lose all the gains from your cycle by cutting your kcal in half this soon after.

You are still recovering and the number one priority should be to maintain the new mass and create a new set point. I would continue to eat big in order to hold onto that mass for a few months post cycle.

Cut the junk from your diet and add some pwo cardio, but cutting you kcal in half is a disaster waiting to happen.
