You were a tremendous help. I went to the father's for equal rights and had the paperwork written up. The courts were closed today so I couldn't file. Tomorrow I will file at the courthouse and she will be served within 48 hours. It will cost me a total of around 300$. Still much cheaper than an attorney. It should be a slam dunk. No point in her even trying to fight. Now she will know how it felt when I got those papers 7 years ago, only this time, I'm getting full custody and she's paying child support.
