Ok the plan is to lose as much fat without much muacle loss in the fastest time possible. Same as most people then.
Meal 1- 3 omega 3 eggs and handfull of peanuts
Meal 2- 2 cans of tuna full fat mayo and a cup full of veg
Meal 3- table spoon of Natural peanut butter and a Low carb protien shake with a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
Meal 4- 2 chicken breasts with cup of veg or same as meal 2
Meal 5- table spoon of natural peanut butter, spoon of extra virgin olive oil and maybe some nuts or a protien shake.
Supps- Anavar 20mg ed (to aid in keeping some muscle)
milk thistle
10mg nolvadex
750mg tribulus ( to help with libido
Any help would be great? is this too little?
