Ok the plan is to lose as much fat without much muacle loss in the fastest time possible. Same as most people then.

Meal 1- 3 omega 3 eggs and handfull of peanuts

Meal 2- 2 cans of tuna full fat mayo and a cup full of veg

Meal 3- table spoon of Natural peanut butter and a Low carb protien shake with a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil

Meal 4- 2 chicken breasts with cup of veg or same as meal 2

Meal 5- table spoon of natural peanut butter, spoon of extra virgin olive oil and maybe some nuts or a protien shake.

Supps- Anavar 20mg ed (to aid in keeping some muscle)
milk thistle
10mg nolvadex
750mg tribulus ( to help with libido :)

Any help would be great? is this too little?

when do you plan to refeed?

i think keto is a lousy choice for cutting but thats just me. i know it works good for some but without frequent refeeds your really eating bad.

eating tons of fats is bad for cardiovascular health.
steroids are bad for cardiovascular health.
eating plenty of grains is good for cardio vascular health.

by this you can see how we take an already not so healthy lifestyle and make it far worst when we cut this way.
 
When i say a cup of veggies, i mean like, too handfulls of spinach and broccoli (if thats how you spell it). And i have done low cal, high protien medium carbs and low fat diets before, the problem i have is that i lose a hell of a lot of muscle on it! And being in a state of ketosis can increase the efficiency of the heart by upto %28 in some studies iv read. I dont think eating good fats are the problem. And refeed? i was going to do a carb up on the sunday and start back on this straight away monday morning. I could drop the anavar, but i think it would be ok at 20mg ed just to preserve the muscle i have. Are you saying, scrap the whole thing and forget keto? thanks for the help, but i dont get what it is your suggesting i do.

Are you saying, scrap the whole thing and forget keto? im saying that a keto diet may be more effective for you but its a much more unhealthy choice than some other options. thanks for the help, but i dont get what it is your suggesting i do. i wasnt really suggesting anything. i was just pointing out a misconception about keto and health and also checking on the veggies you where planning to eat in this diet. your neggie choices are good.

Cheers for the heads up Joe, il maybe only dothis diet till i reach my goals then. With low carb being one of the most popular way to lose fat i have probably over looked the effects it has on my health. Thanks again.
 
no problem. low carbs isnt bad as long as you can get in 100g or more ed and keep the fat lower.
