If my last meal is PW - it is normally a shake only (which has ~40g Pro and ~4g carb). My PW shake has NO fat - fat will make it absorb slower which defeats the purpose of a PW shake. I don't ADD carbs to the shake, the carbs are already in the powder.
If my last meal is food, it is NOT PW, and is typically 4oz lean meat or 5-6 egg whites and green veggies, plus some almonds or PB. Maybe a low-carb tortilla, but never starchy carbs.
The diet I listed is a general outline - but can vary from day to day. The foods I list are the only foods I'll eat, but they may be in different orders. TWO CHANGES - I am only eating 5 meals now (per QS Sis suggestion) and instead of CoW in the morning I am eating 3-4oz Yam with my eggs.
