I dunno if you have time to prepare food the night before, but this one I like.. chop up some tofu into small rectangles, fry them up with a little olive oil, some balsamic vinegar, with some rice, ginger broccoli, any other green vegetables you like.. spinach? etc.. then you sprinkle a lil basil, even some lemon juice.. protein mostly from the tofu, healthy fats from tofu and olive oil, some carbs from rice, and plenty of phytonutrients.

simpler suggestion may just be some raw tofu and green beans with a slice of rye bread(I love rye bread) ....

or even a little whole wheat pasta with some tomato sauce in a tupperware container....

baked potato + something else?

just some thoughts...

Yep - elementary - 3rd grade. Makes eating hard, but not impossible. Plus, I'm on my feet ALL day!
 
ya, hard to eat, and 8-9 year olds seem to be the biggest trouble makers, but they're also the funnest.. you gotta love them :p
that job would rule, my ex-gf had 2 8year old twin boys, they were so much fun, I miss them like F*cking crazy sometimes.
 
I have no idea...if I have to estimate, it is probably ~1500. I have no clue on food ratios and calories - I just know through trial and error what seems to work for me.

Right now I weigh 147 at 18%BF. Ideally I'd like to drop ~6%BF. Since I am doing Figure, I could care less about weight - just BF and what I look like.

Hey Girl....

Long time no post! I've been away for a while...working out and just living life. I had to make a new name...just added a "1" after my name..lol.

Anyway...whatever your diet is, you will look amazing! You eat clean and constantly workout...you're an inspiration!

I've lost 10 lbs. and gained much muscle since I was last on here. I've still got a ways to go, but I feel great and can see a difference. My hubby loves it! LOL

He posted a pic of my butt (typical of him...he's so proud) in the member's pics. His name is Nucman.

I'll be on here a lot now. I'll post more pics within the next couple of weeks. :rainbow:
 
10mg British Dragon Var - help with maintaining muscle

Thermos - Hydroxycut for first 6 weeks or so, then add T-Rex for last 6 weeks or so. T-Rex really helps me with losing water and suppressing appetite

Yohimburn ES when I get below 15% - on abs, hips, inner thighs

Glucorell-R with carb meals, and on cheat day.

Protein Shakes - NitroTech

VERY rarely, I'll eat a bar, this is only in a serious pinch - MesoTech or NitroTech bar

*Cheat day for next 4 weeks or so will be eat "whatever" for first 8 hours of SUnday, then finish day with clean eating. Next 4 weeks will be 1 cheat meal on Sunday (first meal). Last 4 weeks NO cheating. My cheating plan may be revamped if results stall or if they come really fast, even with cheating. We'll see.
