i am male, 24 years old. 5'10", 182lbs. about 10-12% BF. i am active all day at work (mechanic) so i hardly get to sit down till after i eat dinner. i am also going to take Levorex but i dont know where and when to add that into my day.

i am looking to drop about 10lbs by summer and get my stomach more toned.

not 100% sure what macros are i went to a link for "Basal Metabolic Rate and Calorie Need Calculator" and i just put in the info there lol.

45% protein, 38% carbs, 17% fat

does this sound right? if not let me know what you are asking haha i feel like a fucking retard

17% fat seems entirely too low as well..

i added my totals and here they are so far:

Cals - 1970 and 2190 workout days
fats - 76
carbs - 111 and 115 workout days
protein - 212 and 260 workout days

i am not 100% sure on all these facts bc i got some of the nutrion facts on the raw foods like chicken, turkey, beef, yams and lettuce from dietfacts.com. this is pretty close to my daily intake though.
 
are the meals in the right places? like should i have the yam to dinner and salad to lunch? and is not eating from 7pm till betime which is around 12 (i know late but i have a lot to do) a bad thing? maybe a protein bar or something between?

i will not eat this exact food everyday. i will try to get the exact same numbers from different foods like turkey breats instead of chicken or something like that but nothing to drastic. the cals i used i added with ground beef which was 500 cals. i only eat that 1 or 2 times a week so the other days i have less bc i am eating a cleaner source of meat.

one last thing. when do i take the levorex? i plan on adding clen in the next few weeks and getting rid of the T-Rex. is that good or i can use the 2 together?
 
I tend to eat the more complex carbs during the earlier portions of the day and the more fibrous cards towards the end..if you use fitday.com (im addicted now) you can track your calories to almost a science if you try. Remember every little extra thing you add to your food has those small amount of calories that do add up. Chances are you are getting over 2,000 cals, which is perfectly fine for you body type.

Given your size and bodyfat you may need to keep the cals up even higher then 2,000 to have effective ratio of fat lost:muscle lost..

Can't answer your question regarding the clen/levorex..try either the supplements forum or the AAS forum regarding that if its not answered here..
 
Levorex isn't really a thermo / stim but rather an all-around good supp. The clen you will want to run w/o t-rex. If you plan to run the clen on the 2 weeks on / 2 off, you can run the t-rex on the 2 weeks off clen and keep alternating them.

I agree on the cals - I'm a girl at 5'7" and I competition cut on 1800 cals.
