I am at 20% bf supposedly

i read from your other posts that your are trying to lose weight then you will focous on muscle. i would have to suggest building muscle will help speed up the fat lose process. a good clean diet thats high in protien and low in fat with little carbs before and after workout would probably do you great. have you tried carb cycling? ive never delt with high body fat % so im not experienced in loosing and im no expert, but this is my advice..

good luck in your progress..

I think you should burn the fat first - it is amazing how quickly the definition develops on a disciplined fat burning diet, that it is an exciting experience, whereas gaining muscle is much slower.

Get your bf to 8-10% (12 weeks of dieting) and then increase muscle. Your mam boobs are not going to look good regardless of how much muscle is behind them.

As to your BMR, you may have overestimated it - use the LBM forumla not the Harris Benedict, because Harris will overstate it as you have above average bf
