These are my macros now, my coach started me here because I was having digestive issues from my last show prep, adding food on Friday
Sorry for the delay fellas, didn’t really know how to post this for a bit lol
So my macros are

I know low for a bulk and I’ll be able to push more food with the EQ but my coach started me here bevause I was having massive digestive issues from an allergic reaction from my last prep.
Food gets added on Friday I’ll keep you guys updated
Training split
Day 1: Arms
Day 2: Shoulders
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Back
Day 5: Chest
Day 6: Back/shoulders
Every workout I warm up with:
2 sets 15 pull ups
2 sets 15 incline bench @ 185
2 sets 15 dumbbell lateral raises for shoulders
Two sets of machined pull over for lats
Trying to build my width a tad and bring my chest fullness up a bit so I keep them moving daily then do whatever muscle group I’m doing for the day
I added the extra back/shoulders day for just that purpose, gonna throw a second chest session in there too somewhere
