Well, for starters it's all that it is cracked up to be. I ate two and my girl ate 1/2 late last Friday night. The hood piercing was nearly painless (probably partly due to my taking a vicodin an hour beforehand) and we went to the guy who did my husband's nipples who we already knew would do a good job. I'm 6'8 and weigh 238-240 - very lean/athletic build - I took two. My girl is 5'11 and weighs 138-140 - she ate 1/2.

K recommended for guys over 200 lbs to take 2, under to take 1 for guys. I don't think there is a set optimal dosage, kind of trial and error and reading up on the board.
