ugh! I feel really REALLY bad. I think maybe i tried to cut everything to fast. I have been following the diet since i got up sunday morning. yesterday i was feeling pretty dizzy but i have noticed this before i started the diet. today i passed out at work, like actually fell back into my chair when i stood up and was out. came to with three people in my face (just like a comedy on tv i swear). i came home and am still VERY dizzy. before I left work i ate a huge hunk of bread thinking maybe the sudden carb drop could be the problem. nope, nothing. i had some leftover easter candy and ate two small pieces thinking low blood sugar...nope, nothing. i am still very dizzy. what the heck is going on?!!!!!
