i never once stated that being well rounded would not help in BOTH sport done at the same time... im saying pulling is not really aided by doing curls... i guess that makes me arrogant then, thats fine..
i give credit where credit is due, i should not even have to justify myself by writing this...
im watching out for lumberjack... he lifts real weight for his size... he is cutting up well...
i back up my real lifts with video proof... these are highly ranked RAW lifts...
wcjc looks great, but started out looking great... hasnt really impressed me with any feats of strength or that much change... i could post vids of myself doing 70lb barbell curls... but what would be the point of that... i could post of vids of women doing rack pulls with 185...
dont go digging for dirt here, because i walk the walk and pay my dues...
im proud of everyone in this contest, though what is wrong with stating who i feel is in the lead...

lol 315 bench, 150lb d-bell row, 100lb d-bell shoulder presses and 1100lb leg press isnt impressive? should be to you since I warm up on the bench with what you max moya. girls doing rack pulls with 185? would those be the same little girls complimenting you on your bi's in the gym? first off it was a warm up set with 185 buddy. and weight pretty much means squat for bodybuilding. Ill lift the cute little rubber coated d-bells if it means i'll get bigger arms. and wheres your bench video at that meet? thanks for saying i started out looking great, but i looked like a crack head who never worked out a day in his life. ya i was lean, lean tiny and weak.

there is nothing wrong with stating who you think is in the lead, I just think its arrogant to name yourself. you could of named PLJ and left it at that. let other people compliment you not yourself.

a 315 bench for you is about 1.5x your bw lift... pretty much where my bench is at... i told you congrats on your log though... dont know why you have to come on mine and stir up crap...
just because i dont have your view on bicep curs being useful for gaining strength on pulling exersises... and all i did was state who i though made the most progress... never said anything negative until youve pushed me into a corner...
i have the most views on my log... that is a fact... i have a LOT of people coming on here leaving a lot of compliments, and i am very thankful for them doing so...
i would say i have had enough of a following on here to make that claim... if you dont like it, keep it to yourself, just keep it off my log please...
 
moya, I would like to apoligize for some of the comments that were made by myself. this started as me trying to help you out by telling you IN MY OPINION that stronger bi's and arms will help you pull more, even if its only 10 pounds, which i still believe. Things got a little out of hand and some rude s*** was said. I still believe that you shouldnt be saying your ahead of the rest of us as i believe that remark does sound arrogant, and we should all be letting others decide who is ahead. That just really rubs me the wrong way. And it didnt bother me because I think im in the lead, just so everyone knows. You DO have some impressive lifts for your size, and you HAVE made quite a transformation. I know you have been working hard otherwise you would not look like you do. I dont like having negativity in my life at all, and I believe in karma, so I would like to apoligize to you and everyone in this thing for the negativity and immaturity I displayed on the forums. With all this being said, lets not talk about ourselves and how were ahead of so and so as it doesnt matter so much where you are now, but at the end, and we are not judging ourselves anyway. I would like to wish you and everyone else in this contest the best of luck.

made good time with this workout, just at 1hr... sauna 30min...

had a 13hr night at work last night... love me some double-time...

started the need2slin today... might try megadosing it as im starting it a bit late...
was also my last injection of tren...
