Morning Cardio W/O ECA

Does anyone else have a problem doing their morning cardio without eca?? It is twice as hard for me to get up and do it, but I need a break from that damn ephedrine before I become an official crackhead :D
 
Not before you become a crackhead, but before you develop a tolerance. ephedrines stimulatory effects wear off after prolonged use - but the fat burning effects still continue. I saw 2 days on, 2 days off will do you much good. This is what I do:
wake up at 5am, pop 2 ecas. set alarm clock to 5:30 and go back to sleep. Wake up at 5:30, ephedrine should kick in. Do morning cardio, wait 60mins, then eat.

On off days you might want to try some coffee on its own @ higher doses if you really need the kicker.

i agree. i feel the same way. it is really hard to do cardio in the morning without eca, let alone get up without it!

but you have to cycle it on and off so you dont develop a tolerance. i mix it up. like only 3/4 times a week, only on weekends, sometimes every day and then i take a complete break. be careful, i once found myself needing it to function and was up to 4!
 
Bro I cant do shit without my ECA or NYC (norephedrine, yohimbe, caffeine).. I mean I just feel like with it I am burning so much more fat. I gotta have it!

Coffee, Mt. Dew, Tea.... I try them all...
 
i totally agree on that situation. i do 60 mins cardio every morning religously and actually today i totally forgot to take my eca and i couldnt even do 20 mins....it fucking pissed me right off. i too consider myself a damn eca junkee.
 
Don't you guys think that the e/c/a burns up tons of muscle? I seem to be fuller and gain easier without it...was thinking of dropping it.
 
taking eca won't make you lose your muscle. if you dont train with weights and eat enough and eat clean, you will lose your muscle and/or not gain muscle.
 
I was just asking because I remember Palumbo once told me that they stress your body out and put you in a catabolic state... It sort of makes sense...can anyone explain why it doesn't?? THANKS :D
