I buy very low fat minced beef from my local supermarket. This stuff is as follows: 129 kcals per 100g and 5g fat per 100g. Is this ok to eat instead of chicken breasts as im starting o feel a bit sick of them!!
5% fat seems good to me. Actually, it seems too good to be true!!!
I normally buy sirloin or something like that and have it ground (I don trust what the butcher is throwing in that grinding thing if I am not seeing it...)
