M4 - 5:30 pm - 1 C. leftover chili, steamed veggie bowl (broccoli,cauliflower),1 can 7up plus.
M5 - 9:30 pm yes I know it's late but I just got back from the gym - simple protein shake - 1 c. 1% milk 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder,9 oz water.
Was going to go tanning but forgot my lotion at home like ditz!

Warmed up 5 minutes on eliptical
