My mom came over today to high light my hair and she told me I am gonna look like a man!!! :confused: I told her no maw I can't look like a man remember I'm a women. She said your trying to huh. I said NO. Then she starts laughing at me and said uh huh. She really got me,she was playing around but I didn't know that at first. She got me!!


M4 - 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 C brown rice,green beans,green tea.
 
Sunday, 3/19


Meal plans for today as it's Sunday and hard for me to get on here and update like I want to.

M1 - 1/2 C oatmeal, 2 turkey sausage links, 1 mug coffee, water + vit. + supps.

M2 - 1/2 C cottage cheese, 1/2 C baby carrots, water

M3 - 5 oz grilled tuna fillet, salad w/ light balsamic vin. on the side,water

M4 - Gonna make the family chicken n dumplings and all the fixins butttt for me....... I'll take 4 oz or 1 C of the chicken and make a dish for me with rice of seasoned potatoes and some kind of green veggies and green tea.

M5 - the usual yogurt,pp, 1 Tbs anpb,water

No gym today, it's rest day. Gonna clean out the car and clean the house.

I may be late logging tomorrow I have a job interview in the morning. I'll let ya'll know how it goes. LUVS YA!!! :heart:
 
Monday, 3/20

Wooohooo the first day of Spring!!!!


The interview went well. Not sure if I'm going to go to work there or not,I'm negotiating some stuff so we shall see.


M1 - protein shake and banana

M2- 1/2 C cottage cheese, 1/2 C strawberries,water

Meal plans are......

M3 - 1 can tuna (water packed),mixed greens salad, vinegar and oil,water

M4 - 4 oz broiled chicken, 1/2 C seasoned potatoes, green beans, 1 C grapes, green tea

M5 - yogurt, pp, nuts,water
