M1-8 am - chicken omlette - 5 egg whites, 1 egg, 1 serving of low fat shredded cheddar cheese, 4 oz leftover chicken, 5 sliced mushrooms,1/2 C. sliced strawberries, 1/2 gallon water, vitamins, supps. :p
I hate going through any type of withdrawl!!! Errrr Food withdrawl will be happening for me in about 3 weeks!

M2-cut some celery sticks in half and put on some anpb,water

M4 - cheat meal - McDonald's - bacon ranch salad w/ dressing on the side and a bottle of water. I'm trying really hard to make the best choices I can even for my cheat meals not saying that I will do this all the time but I'm gonna try to. LOL

M5 - usual m5 meal yogurt,pp,almonds


I was out freezing my butt off last night. My son 13 yr old had a training meet or practice meet with the highschool for track. It was so freaken cold my hips starting hurting and when we were leaving I got up and stepped down and felt this pain go up my quads like someone was taking a knife and running it up my legs. OUCH! Then this morning they are achey! What I don't do for my kids :rolleyes: I'm loading my car with blankets for next weeks practice meet. This is the part of track season I hate the cold of the beginning of it. UGH!

So I didn't get to go to the gym last night!!!
