Legs are still hurting but only in my quads! Don't get that.
I'm thinking about going in and a taking a hot bath and see if that helps them!
M1- 1/2 C oatmeal, 5 egg whites, 1 egg scrambled, 1 tbs salsa, 1/2 gallon water, 1 C coffee,+ vitamins + supps.
