Yeah, so why can't I do that all the time?

Multi, flax, zinc
8.00am Legs and shoulders
Squats
Calf raises
One Legged press
DB Overhead press
DB Lateral raises
20 mins steady state cardio - bike
Great workout
9.30am
Homemade protein pancakes (they weren't good)
6 whites, 1 yolk
10.45am
Remedial massage
1.00pm
Grilled chicken tortilla
Tomatoes, tabbouleh, hummous, avocado
Went to the movies - just drank water - no popcorn or anything
Then bumpity bumpity bump. I'm on my own with P still away and I get bored so I ate for the sake of it. It's 5.30pm now and I feel so sick.
Not going to bitch about it anymore, it's my own fault/problem/thing to get over.
The good thing I've noticed this week is that more water IS a great help and I seem to make more progress when I do more cardio. (Cut out the crap food and I'd be doing really well). I'm going to keep up the cardio and just keep the weights to compound moves until I've lost more body fat. When I eat well, I miss the gym, when I hit the gym, I think I can cheat.
