mermaid New member Nov 3, 2005 #140 This is my 8th week so I decided to weigh and measure. GOOD NEWS Since the start, I have lost 7 pounds and 8.5 inches total, mostly from the torso area. BAD NEWS I know my progress would have been better if I was continuously consistent. And that's the hardest thing about all of this. But that's the thing - it is work in progress, I'm learning all the time about my body, mind and what works for me.
