gainers are filled with sugars you don't want that make it with whey, casein, oatmeal, aldmonds a banana and a little honey and if you need more cals put some nat peanut butter in it.
3/4 cup oats still has good macro profile with plenty of calories and you can get it down pretty easily.
although if you don't have the time to make your own weight gainer i'd recommend Cyto Gainer or Prolab N-Large 2 I've had both and was happy with them.
I need a Meal Replacement shake for when im busy and can't eat a real meal. It needs to have a good protein to carb count and Ill be having about 700+ calories from it. Does anyone have a good suggestion for one? And if this will be replacing one of my 7 meals a day how much fiber should be in it?
I really like Syntha 6 but I've recently tried true mass and it has such a bad taste to it compareitviely.
Mass gainers are ok if you can stand the bloat after....I used to have them for years but hated how I felt after taking them....Ive now switched to MRP's which are about 230-280 cals max per serving, much better ...or a straightforward whey protein from reputable brand.
