Meal Replacement Shakes/Weight gainers?

I need a Meal Replacement shake for when im busy and can't eat a real meal. It needs to have a good protein to carb count and Ill be having about 700+ calories from it. Does anyone have a good suggestion for one? And if this will be replacing one of my 7 meals a day how much fiber should be in it?

I really like Syntha 6 but I've recently tried true mass and it has such a bad taste to it compareitviely.

gainers are filled with sugars you don't want that make it with whey, casein, oatmeal, aldmonds a banana and a little honey and if you need more cals put some nat peanut butter in it.

I don't have the time to be doing that is the problem. Also have you checked most gainers lately ? There is hardly any sugar in them at all. So if that's your reasoning it's not a very good one.

is using a blender an option?

if so,

1 1/2 cup oats
2 1/2 cups milk
1 scoop whey or casein
handful of peanuts or peanut butter

if you need a powder, you can go on proteinfactory.com they have a thing where you can order custom mixed powders, you can put oats, egg, casein, they have an omega 3 powder, milk powder, whatever you need

It will result on a very thick drink, how can you drink that stuff?

Well give them a try and let me know in a couple of months what you think of them and also let me know what did you take

Also might want to think about adding NTBM protein bars in there between meals for alittle extra protien, cals and carbs

I think a lot of the mass gainers are filled with sugar, most MRP's are about 300 cals max - not full of sugar

I like high protein, high/moderate fat, low/moderate carbs personally. I would go with something like 4 scoops (100 cals/scoop) of the whey to build muscle (I like chocolate), with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil (120 cals/tbsp) added, mixed with either water or unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk. That's anywhere from 760 to 960 cals.

I keep a load of these bars in my refridgerator at all times,I'm probably the only guy in my side of town that has two fridges one if for all my Protein and muscle building food / supplements!

Hey, Im taking MADMASS 972 calories,7.5g fat, 3g sat fat, 0.7g trans fat, 89mg cholesterol, 126mg sodium, 190mg potassium, 170g carbohydrates, 25g sugar, 56g Protein

Also contains creatine in it and lipo acids

I use raw protein because a lot of times I'm on the go and getting something healthy is really hard.

1 1/2 cups of oats in the gainer is overkill.

3/4 cup oats still has good macro profile with plenty of calories and you can get it down pretty easily.

although if you don't have the time to make your own weight gainer i'd recommend Cyto Gainer or Prolab N-Large 2 I've had both and was happy with them.

Two scoops of something that is 45%/45%/10% protein Carb fat then added a tbsp flax or fish oil. Mix with milk.

Mass gainers are ok if you can stand the bloat after....I used to have them for years but hated how I felt after taking them....Ive now switched to MRP's which are about 230-280 cals max per serving, much better ...or a straightforward whey protein from reputable brand.
