I eat chicken & sweet taters from bfast all the time ... why no carbs? please don't say b/c you are cutting, I easily cut with carbs esp having them for breakfast ...

i eat carbs at 7:30, and i wanna change my 10:00 meal, i usualy have protein and olive oil and i wanna change it


morning:
5 eggwhites with 1 whole eggs and toast

10:00
i finaly decided what to eat COTTAGE CHEESE

12:
tuna with one tea spoon of low fat mayo

3:00
2 scoops shake with flax


6:00 (before gym)
1/2 cup of oats and 2 scoop shake


after gym:
2 scoops protein and i drink gatorade during workout

8:00
and kind of meat ro chicken with vagggies

before bed:
shake or sometimes PB or sometimes just nothing

sorry dude, i eat for taste and fuel, i'm not gonna eat something that taste nasty, i wanna enjoy what i eat

WUT the hell is wrong with you dude...you asked for responses, we gave you responses...you severly limited our responses, so deal with it....eat to grow, if you want to live to eat, then go to a glutanony board....enough already.

Dude, I eat 4,000 cals a day...whatever it takes.....I eat 4 cups of oats a day, half are raw and I just chew em...I eat frozen cottage cheese with sf jello, I eat whole wheat pasta with just hot sauce....I eat protein shakes made into a pudding with peanut butter....just get it done, enough!

Sorry to rant, but you got your hand held answers.....thats the best we can do.

i appreciate all the responses, those u mention are reasonable meals to eat at 10 in the morning but not tuna of salmon or even chicken, but u gave me a very good idea on what to eat which is cottage cheese with PB
