horrible day.......... not in the weight room just a horrible day at work among other things like rushing to go pick up some 500-700 lb tires to flip on saturday....... and getting my chained yanked around......... good day in the gym though.
M1 - Floor press = 275 x1(easy) 315 x0 (got to cocky). 295 x0 ( if i would have exhaled, my breath was all i would have needed to make the bar go up...too tired from the 315.)
M2 - close grip 10degree incline 2 board press. 245 x 3.
bar tricep ext - 65lbs 6 sets of 10.
close grip straight bar pushdowns - 40lbs 3 sets of 10.
1 arm db military press - 50lb 3 sets of 15 each arm.
only took an hour and 10 minutes (despite my jabbaring)
oh well....... at least the day ended well. time to eat.
