Hey guys, im cutting down im tired of taking my shirt off and needing a pump to look like i even laid hands on iron. Im guessing my bf% is 25. Check my profile pic. Im 5ft 10 220 lbs. 18 yrs old. I wana be jacked. I need an arm routine that will blast growth...
My current is-
Alternating db curls
Close grip press
Ez bar curl
Tricep push down
Isolated curls (db)
Dips or standing db behind head

Usually go heavy...when i isolate i go higher...my arms are
Lacking muscle. Should i change all my lifts to 10-12 reps for hypotrophy...if u wana check diet its posted. Started that a week or so ago.
