Figured I would give an update...although nothing really to update lol. Been taking N2 Guard as directed daily, blood pressure is good, and feeling good. Yesterday was a fun leg training day...did a total of 228 reps for squats (155 bodyweight squats in a row for warm up, then power squats maxing out at 455 for 10, shit legs were shaking after this), then 6 sets of presses, lunges, and calf raises. Legs are so pumped and sore today, LOVE training legs!!! Actually plan on hitting them again tomorrow...pretty much same routine, but they are responding well. High volume and heavy weights are the key for my leg growth. Anyway, pretty much that is it...still have plenty of N2 Guard to go and will keep giving updates that I feel are relevant to the performance of N2 Guard.
