Well nothing to really report here, been taking N2 Guard as scheduled, took last 2 days off gym to take advantage of some family time, but hitting home gym at my dads now as well as taking my N2 Guard after training. Will do BP when I get home Sunday or Monday. Other than that all is good with MA!!!

Post workout meal after training chest/biceps...

PB&J sandwich on 15 grain bread, protein shake with 60 grams protein mixed in Almond Milk, N2 Guard and other staples...fucking love my PB&J!!!

All is fine, nothing major to post...trained today, took N2 Guard today, been getting some not so good news all morning, weathering the storms and dodging the punches, but working and staying positive. As far as N2 Guard benefits mostly seems to be peace of mind...nothing in terms of feeling anything at this point.
