Looking to get cut. Thoughts on cycle/diet etc

Cycle will be as follows...

75mg qv tren eod
400mg qv deca ew
100mg winny eod
100mg qv eq (not sure on how much to take of this.)
12.5 mcg cytomel ed
4x5mg anavar ed (not sure about the half life.)

For diet I was thinking alot of water...

6 meals a day
1/2 packet of myoplex x 6 with some fruits mixed in etc.

Was thinking of going a strict myoplex high protein drink diet

I tend to gain weight very easily. And have been working out for about 6-7 years.

As of right now I am at 5'9'' @ 319. Guessing I'll need to be about 260 within a few months. I just came off of a massive bulking cycle a few months ago. My bf% is probably around 25 or something like that. atm.

I have never tried DnP and not sure if I'd want to according to all the potential side effects.

As for suppliments I am taking just a multvitamin a day and 400 chromium.

What other supps should I get? Nitro tech, milk thistle, aminos, creatine.

My workout is split like this...


Mon. Chest
Tues. Back
Wed. Shoulders
Thurs. Bis
Friday. Tris
Sat. Abs

I wont do legs because they are too damn big anyway lol.

I split it this way so I could be sure to get in th e cardio w/o burning myself out.

I may try hydroxycut. I have some anxiety so caffeine may be a problem. I havent had any in a longtime.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

i would skip on the myoplex w/fruit drinks instead focus on high protein low carb diet

shakes ideal for this diet: met-rx APM, isopure low carb, labrada low carb MRP

go with 1.5g of protein per LEAN pound of body weight
keep carbs at 0.5-1g per LEAN pound of body weight (stop all carbs before 4pm)
fats should be around 0.2g per LEAN pound of body weight, mostly healthy fats (flax seed oil, fish oil)

DO LEGS, higher rep/lower weight
DO CARDIO

DO NOT EAT CRAP, have a cheat MEAL (not a cheat day), once every 7 days
 
Not sure how long I would be able to hold out on only shakes... But if you did stick to that diet along with that cycle and workout plan you should lose a good amount of fat. Let us know how it goes.
 
dont have to just drink shakes...........those were just examples of drinks that i like, tuna in water, chicken breast, lean steaks, some salmon or trout gilled are all perfect foods for low carb/high protein diet
 
Ya, it is hard as hell to do just shakes. I've done it a long time ago but sometimes you just get burnt out. Will add some chicken in for variety.

What about the cycle? How does it look? Any suppliments
I should get?

as far as your cycle goes, i would start with something simple, like tren 75mg/eod and winny 50mg/ed; track you progress, see how you react and how your body changes then add other gear in, like adding eq at 300mg/week after first 3-4 weeks, then vars, then you can add more winny. its all very individual, best to add shit in slowly instead of over stimulating your system all at once. also as you leanout more and more it will be harder to hold onto your lean mass, hence you will add more gear, when you start off fat loss tends to come easy but gets harder as you progress
 
Ya right now I may be shotgunning a little too much ;) Will slow down to see which drugs are working better than the others.
