Thanks cs and everyone, one of the biggest problems is that it throws off my training schedule a but. Today will have to workout at work gym.

This morning 45 minutes fasted cardio.
15 mins elliptical
15 mins stairs
15 mins treadmill (moderate pace)
 
Good effort on the cardio bro. I can never manage early morning anything! Just not a morning person.

Also did some little chest workout yesterday at work during lunch.

Moderate incline db press
50x15
75x12
100x8
100x5 (100's were as high as they went 😖)

Flat ng db press (didn't go heavy, more more stretch)
75x8x3

Machine press (kept light)
130x15x2
160x12x2
 
My work gym only has DBs up to 25kg (55lbs) so yours ain't too bad. I only really use em for lateral raises.

So saw dr and did blood and urine test. Have to wait for results. He did talk to me about my diet and thought that I am probably not eating enough to help me add/sustain muscle and/or drop fat but won't be sure until he gets the results back. So now it's a waiting game lol.
