Hopefully will make the gym today as I had missed the past two days. My leg day from Sunday physically crippled me and I am only now recovering from it. Opted to forego fasted cardio this morning as my legs are still tight and achy and I don't need to set myself back any further. Although I would have been training shoulders and tris on Tuesday i literally could support my own body and was in agony and was extremely weak as my body was focused on trying to heal itself. Still tired and feel pretty weak but we shall see. Oh and my best friend and his wife are having a baby today so not sure I will make it or not, depends on how his wife is feeling and all that as he may want me to go visit.

Diet has been good though even though I haven't been in the gym so I am pretty happy about that.

If I the gym today I want to get in shoulders and tris.
