Noontime for ice hahaha, def could have gone heavier but like I said I was by myself and didn't want to risk it. Leg def has black and blue and actually has a bump in it hhaha.

Going to do rack pulls tonight, looking forward to see if my leg is goin to be an issue or not.

Hoping tonight I can pull 500 for my rack pulls...we shall see.
 
Mate if your leg is bruised it means you're bleeding internally, might be an idea to let it heal before straining them again....

Don't have legs till Wednesday :D. I will try and get some ice and heat on it tonight.

I achieved a similar issue today with track pulls a lump with bruising but it was worth every bit ;)
