last year my boy stold a role of those subway stamps that they give you ever time you buy a sub. I got like 5000 of them. I ate a 12 inch sub everday and sometime twice for over 8 months. I lived in central florida and I guess the employees were mentally retarded from being imbred or something, because they never caught on that I came in every single day. I aways had one of there more healty sandwichs, (although I now realize its was not very healthy.) I guess I wanted to see if that fat bastard jared really lost all that weight, and since I was in college and was poor and didn't care all that much about health because I played tennis for 4 hours a day, it worked out ok . I definitely maintained my weight, maybe lost a 3 lbs. But honestly its better to just stop eating all that garbage and make your own. Even when you really don't feel like it. In the last month I have lost 8-10 lbs just buy eating healthy and staying away from all the garbage fast foods and processed shit. I also lift 4-5 days and do some cardio, but I have always had a lot of excercise and never lost any weight really.
