b/c im at college and living in the dorms (no stove, grill) as one meal a day i have been eating a 12 in. roasted chicken on wheat. is this as good as me as i think, is their wheat bread whole wheat or enriched? and is the chicken breasts the same as regular chicken breast or added fat?
 
last year my boy stold a role of those subway stamps that they give you ever time you buy a sub. I got like 5000 of them. I ate a 12 inch sub everday and sometime twice for over 8 months. I lived in central florida and I guess the employees were mentally retarded from being imbred or something, because they never caught on that I came in every single day. I aways had one of there more healty sandwichs, (although I now realize its was not very healthy.) I guess I wanted to see if that fat bastard jared really lost all that weight, and since I was in college and was poor and didn't care all that much about health because I played tennis for 4 hours a day, it worked out ok . I definitely maintained my weight, maybe lost a 3 lbs. But honestly its better to just stop eating all that garbage and make your own. Even when you really don't feel like it. In the last month I have lost 8-10 lbs just buy eating healthy and staying away from all the garbage fast foods and processed shit. I also lift 4-5 days and do some cardio, but I have always had a lot of excercise and never lost any weight really.
 
IMO, you're better off eating a 6" now and then a 6" a few hours later. Actually, better yet are the salads at subway
 
If u are trying to lean out (not sure if you are or not) then TUBWAY is not a good idea!

Processed flour crap bread/sodium cured meats/oil, cheese, mayo/................nothing better to ruin your look or derail results!

just cos you are in collge doesnt mean you cant be discimplined

Heck man i was there and didnt resort to cafeteria food once

Just go to a supermarket and buy stuff you can keep without a fridge,
I used to live of tins of tuna, oatmeal, pasta, spaghetti sauce etc

if you have a fridge even better!
i bought a cheap ass microwave and had a fridge
cheaper than eating cafeteria junk in the long run too
 
I'm with the assassin. I'm finishing college this semester and i have spent years living on tuna, oatmeal and whatever meat I can cook on the Foreman grill. If you've got the $ for Subway, you can buy an indoor grill of some kind or a cheap microwave.

There is no excuse good enough to explain away a lack of discipline!
 
i'm a college student too, and never eat at fast food joints...for the same amount of money as a sub costs ($6~~) i could buy 9 cans of salmon at Kroger....so i'mma go do that :p
