I'm planning on starting a new program next week. I've done a lote of research, but I'm not sure about one thing. Doing legs twice a week, good or bad? I can grow my legs large very fast, but I don't want to over do....what do you guys (by guys I'm not implying gender) think.

I think you'd be better off hitting them once per week and really obliterating them on that day. If you hit them crazy hard once per week, and get good sleep/food, you will be pleased with the results.

Here's my leg day:

Squat:
3 X warm-up (i.e. 135, 225, 315 X 10 respectively)
3 sets (i.e. 8, 6, 4)

Leg Press:
3 to 4 sets

Leg extension:
1 or 2 triple-drop sets

Straight Leg Deads:
4 sets

Leg Curl:
3 sets

I hit calves twice per week on chest day and shoulder day, cause I don't feel like doing them on leg day.

I think once a week is great. And from a girls point of view, you can NEVER overdo your legs. We love great legs and the fact is it is most often the lacking part.
 
Once a week and HARD but, in addition to the above, I always do calf raises (sitting and standing) on leg day to really get a good burn:D
 
Once a week for legs is plenty, unless you're working
quads and hams on different days.

I work calves 2-3 times a week.
