I incorporated couple more vitamins into my regimen today. Vitamin B (thiamin), it helps convert carbs into energy, which is ideal for vigorous activities in return deflect carbs from storing to fat. Vitamin B also increases appetite to a degree, which is what we want so we can eat every 2-3 hours to stay in a constant "anabolic state." Consequently, we put on more tissue and simultaneously get hard.
Also incorporated MAGNESIUM: increases protein synthesis, and muscular contraction, which is ideal to pack on quality muscle.
I destroyed my back today.. Again, I'm not going to say how much weight I used because that's irrelevant at this time. What is relevant is having the right form; and isolating the muscle, which I feel I succeeded in doing because I can barely walk right now...

Deads 4 x15 brought it down slow and came back up and squeezed my back. Caught a nice rhythm without cheating and totally isolated my back with minimal use of BIs.
Bent Over rows 4x 15 Just continued to be strict with the correct form and concentrated on "feeling" the movement in my back. Mission accomplished!
One arm rows (cable) 4x 15 nice isolation movement and great for getting a good stretch..
Pull ups (wide grip) 3 x10 these were rough, that's why I only got 10 reps out of the deal; which is alright because I'm still only three weeks back from a 2 month layoff..
I think I will bust my move within the next 2 weeks by inserting a bunch of illicit drugs into regimen, which Tren will be the catalyst..
I'm ready to take it to the fuckin' street!!!
