I incorporated couple more vitamins into my regimen today. Vitamin B (thiamin), it helps convert carbs into energy, which is ideal for vigorous activities in return deflect carbs from storing to fat. Vitamin B also increases appetite to a degree, which is what we want so we can eat every 2-3 hours to stay in a constant "anabolic state." Consequently, we put on more tissue and simultaneously get hard.

Also incorporated MAGNESIUM: increases protein synthesis, and muscular contraction, which is ideal to pack on quality muscle.

I destroyed my back today.. Again, I'm not going to say how much weight I used because that's irrelevant at this time. What is relevant is having the right form; and isolating the muscle, which I feel I succeeded in doing because I can barely walk right now...

High volume

15 sets.

Deads 4 x15 brought it down slow and came back up and squeezed my back. Caught a nice rhythm without cheating and totally isolated my back with minimal use of BIs.

Bent Over rows 4x 15 Just continued to be strict with the correct form and concentrated on "feeling" the movement in my back. Mission accomplished!

One arm rows (cable) 4x 15 nice isolation movement and great for getting a good stretch..

Pull ups (wide grip) 3 x10 these were rough, that's why I only got 10 reps out of the deal; which is alright because I'm still only three weeks back from a 2 month layoff..

I think I will bust my move within the next 2 weeks by inserting a bunch of illicit drugs into regimen, which Tren will be the catalyst..

I'm ready to take it to the fuckin' street!!!
 
I don't think it's an issue to measure out 0.8 cc's/mLs every pin to end up with 200 mgs per pin (2x a week = 400 mgs a week) instead of a simple 1 mL measurement to equal 250 mgs per pin (2x a week = 500 mgs a week) but I have never injected before. I would imagine the syringe has a form of accurate measurement scale on it where with a little math I could figure out any amount of mgs/pin i would like to shoot.

I was just a little confused when MA suggested running it at 500 mgs instead because I've never really even examined a syringe but I figured it be easy enough to draw exactly how much gear I want into each pin.

It really is no big deal...but being your first time injecting I was trying to save you the headache of figuring out 200mg from 250mg in the syringe. If you want to just run 400mg of test for your first cycle then just go with Test Cyp 200mg/ml and inject 2x EW like you are planning...was just confused at first when I saw your post and that stuck out at me...not saying it is right or wrong, just giving $.02.

I don't see any HCG in your cycle...you are going to want to pick up some, as well as HCGenerate as well and incorporate them into your cycle to minimize and kickstart your PCT. You can run HCGenerate for 4 weeks, then switch to HCG for 4 week @ 500iu EW, and run it until you start PCT (2 weeks after last pin), and then run your PCT.

Because winning championships is what we are all about!! There are winners and there are losers; I'm a winner, always have been and always will be. I know this nerdy kid from my gym, who is real good with technology; he is going to help me make a nice, clear YouTube Video; that will end all speculation, if there is any? Evan gets to pick the body part I train :)

I took the day off from training, I will destroy quads tomorrow. I was going to expound a little on protein synthesis and absorption but I don't feel like it tonight, I will tomorrow.

Get with me when you can, bro. We have to discuss who gets what when we conquer the world. I got dibs on Mexico and Puerto Rico :)

Haha!!! Alright, I will start with North America of course, and I will go with Brazil since my wife is part...and the women there aren't too shabby either ;).

I too am a champion...champions are the ones who sacrafice to get to their goals!!! Last night my wife and I went out on a date night to see a really cool band (our close friend's brother is in the band) called Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit, kind of a rockabilly trucker music, and we had the best time dancing and just letting loose!!! Neither one of us drink...I just don't have any desire for it, so I drank water all night, ended up being the designated driver for 4 drunk ladies and one smashed bro. We didn't get home until 2:30 am, ate some food because I was starving, hit the pillow for 5 hours, got up and was at the gym by 9 am and did the following...

Extensions (4 sets/15 reps...last set 180lbs)
Hack Squats (4 sets/15 reps...last set with 405lbs)
Leg Press (4 sets/15 reps...last set 1095lbs)
Walking Lunges (4 sets/12 steps ea leg...135lbs)
Lying Leg Curls (4 sets/15 reps...last set 115lbs)

My point is you can go out and have fun which you need that balance especially when you are married or are in a relationship, but you don't lose focus on what the end result of your goals are...and you don't let anything come or get in the way of them...period!!!

Am I tired...yes, will I recover...yes, will I do it day after day...you fucking bet I am!!!!
 
Legs would have been my call but if he's doing back hopefully there is some dead lifts in there.

I was going to say legs. But I would rather see back/delt training.. And maybe some leg posing! I wanna see some deads :D

Damn, kids these days want everything. You pick one body part and that's it, if it's back I will do deads. I don't care what you body part you pick, it's up to you. I can't do two major body parts in one session like that, you have to remember I'm old :)
