Neither one of us drink...I just don't have any desire for it, so I drank water all night, ended up being the designated driver for 4 drunk ladies and one smashed bro. Hack Squats (4 sets/15 reps...last set with 405lbs)
Leg Press (4 sets/15 reps...last set 1095lbs)
Walking Lunges (4 sets/12 steps ea leg...135lbs)
Lying Leg Curls (4 sets/15 reps...last set 115lbs)
My point is you can go out and have fun which you need that balance especially when you are married or are in a relationship, but you don't lose focus on what the end result of your goals are...and you don't let anything come or get in the way of them...period!!!
